What is Torticollis in babies?

Torticollis in babies is a condition where the neck muscles are tight or shortened on one side, causing the head to tilt to one side and turn to the other. It's often noticed in the first few weeks of life and can be related to the baby's position in the womb or during birth.

With early recognition and simple stretching exercises, most babies with torticollis improve well within a few months, though ongoing physiotherapy support is sometimes needed for more persistent cases.
